Description
Petco is hiring a Hospital Operations Manager to lead daily operations of a veterinary hospital and partner with veterinarians. The role supervises veterinary technicians, vet assistants, and concierge partners; manages scheduling, hiring, training, inventory, accounts receivable, client service, revenue and cost performance, and hospital maintenance. It reports to the Area Operations Manager and requires 2–3 years of veterinary practice experience or equivalent leadership experience, along with communication, computer, scheduling, and decision-making skills.
