Alameda Veterinary Clinic is hiring a full-time Practice Manager to lead clinic operations, personnel management, scheduling, inventory, coaching, and continuous improvement for veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. The role requires prior veterinary management experience, familiarity with clinical HR functions, and the ability to work on the floor and use the practice management system. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional Saturdays, and the salary is $70,000 to $80,000 per year with a potential 15% performance-based annual bonus.
