The role offers a $75,000–$95,000 annual salary, a potential 15% performance bonus, Monday–Friday scheduling with occasional Saturdays, and health, dental, and vision insurance. A bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred, while previous managerial experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting and knowledge of veterinary procedures and industry standards are required.
