Veterinary Practice Manager at Veterinary Practice Partners

North Oatlands Animal Hospital is hiring a full-time Veterinary Practice Manager to lead the clinic’s veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. The role oversees daily operations, personnel management, hiring, training, scheduling, inventory, client experience, and continuous improvement, while also working part-time on the floor. Candidates need prior veterinary management experience, clinical HR experience, and the ability to learn the ImproMed practice management system; a business degree or CVPM is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and an employee pet discount.
