Description
VetEvolve is hiring a Veterinary Practice Manager for a community animal hospital in Easton, Maryland. The role owns hospital-level revenue, labor, client satisfaction, and operational performance; manages front-of-house and treatment-area operations, payroll, inventory, scheduling, staffing, client service, marketing, compliance, equipment, and practice-management-system vendors; and reports to the Regional Manager. The position requires 3–5 years of veterinary practice leadership experience, strong operational and financial knowledge, and the ability to work flexible hours throughout the practice’s operating hours. Compensation is $60,000–$75,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, paid holidays, and an employee assistance program.
