Cainhoy Veterinary Hospital is hiring a part-time Veterinary Receptionist to serve as the primary client contact in a clinical setting. The role handles check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, medical-record and payment processing, telephone inquiries, client communication, urgent-case coordination, and reception-area organization. Candidates need at least one year of veterinary receptionist experience, veterinary practice-management software experience, knowledge of veterinary terminology and vaccination protocols, and strong customer-service and communication skills. The schedule alternates between morning and afternoon shifts on Mondays, with Tuesday and Saturday shifts from 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM, and pays $18.50-$25.00 per hour.
