The role welcomes clients, manages appointments and patient flow, handles multi-line phones and in-person interactions, processes transactions, and provides information about veterinary services. Candidates should have at least two years of customer service, reception, or client-facing experience, with veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred.
