North Main Animal Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to welcome clients, manage appointments and patient flow, handle phone and in-person interactions, process transactions, and provide service information. The role requires at least one year of customer service, reception, or client-facing experience, plus previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience, along with appointment scheduling, payment processing, communication, and organizational skills. It is a flexible full-time position with a 4/10 schedule, Monday-Friday availability, and rotating Saturdays, paying $16–$18 per hour in Alpharetta, Georgia, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, EAP, 401(k), paid time off, and a personal pet discount.
