Veterinary Receptionist - Daytime, Swing Shift, and Overnights available at Innovetive Petcare

Dogwood Veterinary Specialty and Emergency is hiring experienced Client Service professionals for its new Dunwoody, Georgia specialty and emergency veterinary hospital opening in Fall 2026. The role welcomes clients, answers phones, schedules appointments, registers patients, maintains electronic medical records, coordinates referrals and specialty care, processes payments, and supports hospital workflow. It is a full-time position with day, afternoon/evening swing, and overnight shifts, including weekend and holiday rotations, and requires a high school diploma or GED plus at least two years of relevant veterinary or healthcare client service experience.
