Description
The Service Technician Vet provides post-sale customer-site services for veterinary equipment, including setup, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, installation, inspections, software and hardware support, preventive-maintenance advice, and user training. The role requires independent work, customer relationship management, recordkeeping, inventory and vehicle management, and travel to customer locations, including overnight travel. A high school diploma or equivalent, two years of relevant experience, and mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, heating, electrical, or electronic experience are required; trade-school training, x-ray equipment servicing, SAP experience, and veterinary technician credentials are preferred. Compensation is $25.72-$33.45.
