Description
This posting describes a veterinary externship program for DVM students at a small animal practice. Externs work under veterinary supervision to gain hands-on experience with patient histories, physical exams, diagnostic and therapeutic planning, surgery assistance, medical case management, wellness care, client communication, and medical record documentation.
