Description
Lake Forest Animal Hospital, a small-animal veterinary practice near Lynchburg, Virginia, is seeking a veterinary student extern. The externship provides mentorship, exposure to wellness and dentistry, basic soft-tissue and orthopedic surgery experience, and access to in-house laboratory equipment, digital radiography, ultrasound, and therapeutic laser. A stipend for housing and travel and connections with other VetEvolve practices are offered. Applicants must be enrolled in an AVMA-accredited veterinary school on a VMD or DVM degree path.
