Description
The role provides technical and clinical support for anesthesia and monitoring equipment by answering customer calls and emails, troubleshooting issues, coordinating repairs and replacements, assisting sales and service technicians, and delivering in-service/demo training. It also includes clerical work such as work order and invoice processing, order entry, credit issuance, inventory adjustments, and tracking vaporizer returns, plus research to support new product development. The position requires a certified veterinary technician license or registration, strong communication and problem-solving skills, anesthesia/monitoring experience, and standard weekday hours with minimal travel.
