Description

The Inpatient Services Technician Trainer is a clinical leader and educator responsible for training, onboarding, coaching, and professional development of veterinary technicians and assistants across the inpatient services department, including ICU, emergency room/triage, and specialty areas. The role develops training programs, assesses competency, supports staff at all experience levels, and collaborates with managers, supervisors, and veterinary staff. Applicants need at least three years of veterinary healthcare management experience and one year of training experience, with a Certified Veterinary Technician in Massachusetts required and a Veterinary Technician Specialist preferred. Compensation is $38–$40 per hour for Certified Veterinary Technicians and $43 per hour for Veterinary Technician Specialists, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for new employees hired into the ECC department.
