Northside Veterinary Clinic is hiring a full-time Licensed Veterinary Technician or License Eligible Veterinary Technician in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The role pays $24–$42 per hour and averages 35–40 hours per week across four 10-hour shifts, with availability Monday through Friday and Saturday. Responsibilities include supporting veterinarians with patient care, exams, surgery, anesthesia, and recovery; safely handling and restraining animals; communicating with clients; performing laboratory work, radiographs, injections, and IV catheter placement; maintaining medical records; dispensing medication; and maintaining a clean, safe clinical environment. The position requires LVT certification or license eligibility in New York, surgical experience, safe animal handling, knowledge of common disease states, and familiarity with DEA, OSHA, and hospital safety guidelines.
