Ethos Veterinary Health is hiring a full-time Veterinary Technician for its ER Immerse Nursing Program in South Deerfield, Massachusetts. The role provides structured emergency and critical care training, hands-on patient care, mentorship, and progression through Foundations and Core learning paths. Responsibilities include triage, assessment, monitoring, laboratory procedures, radiography, venipuncture, catheter care, pharmacology, CPR, bandaging, wound care, and patient handling. The schedule consists of four nine-hour shifts per week, including daytime and second shifts, with weekend and holiday rotation. Compensation is $20–$29.50 per hour plus shift differentials, with benefits including continuing education, paid shoe stipend, license reimbursement, PTO, medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, retirement matching, and insurance options.
