Angell Animal Medical Center is hiring a full-time Anesthesia Technician or experienced Veterinary Assistant for its Anesthesia Department. The role supports anesthesia and surgical patients, including orthopedic, soft-tissue, thoracic, cardiac, avian, and exotic cases, and requires at least two years of anesthesia-specific veterinary experience plus current Massachusetts certification or eligibility to transfer certification. Compensation starts at $24–$29 per hour for Veterinary Assistants and $29–$34 per hour for Certified Veterinary Technicians, with additional on-call pay, a $10,000 sign-on bonus for new Certified Veterinary Technicians, and benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and professional development support.
