Description
Stellar Health is hiring a Vice President of Provider Success & Performance to own the strategy and end-to-end results for its ACO and payor risk-provider network. The role combines provider relationship management, escalation, accountability, aggregate performance measurement, target-setting, executive reporting, provider escalations, and cross-functional strategy, while directly managing the Provider Success and Performance teams and reporting to the P&L owner of the ACO and Payor Risk Business. The position requires at least 12 years of healthcare operations experience, including ACO or value-based care operations, and at least 5 years managing managers and multi-team organizations. It includes travel to medical groups and health systems up to 25% of the time and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
