Vice President, Associate General Counsel – Corporate at Sabre

Sabre is hiring a Vice President, Associate General Counsel – Corporate to lead the company’s SEC compliance program, corporate governance, capital markets and financing matters, equity programs, executive compensation support, and corporate transactions. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the role partners with the Board of Directors, executive leadership, Finance, Tax, Accounting, Investor Relations, and the People team, while overseeing corporate secretarial and subsidiary governance functions and outside counsel. The position requires a J.D., active U.S. state bar admission, and at least 10 years of legal experience spanning major law firm and in-house public company practice, with deep expertise in securities law, corporate governance, and equity compensation.
