City Therapeutics is hiring a Vice President, Biometrics to lead biometrics, biostatistics, statistical programming, and data management across its RNAi clinical development portfolio. Reporting to the CMO, the role will establish and scale the biometrics function, lead trial design and regulatory submissions, manage CRO and vendor strategy, and build a high-performing team. The position requires an advanced degree in biostatistics, statistics, or a related quantitative field, at least 12 years of biometrics experience, and at least 5 years in senior leadership. The role is onsite five days per week at the Kendall Square offices, with a base salary of $311,000 to $360,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
