BNY is seeking a Vice President, Client Implementations II to lead complex onboarding projects, manage client relationships, coordinate with service delivery teams, facilitate operating-model changes, and escalate and resolve issues. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, strong knowledge of alternative fund administration, experience in fund accounting and transfer agency, custody, or trustee services, and the ability to deliver under challenging circumstances while managing client expectations.
