The role focuses on leading media relations and strategic communications for major firm announcements, including M&A transactions and fundraises, while collaborating with investment, fundraising, legal, business development, shareholder relations, and portfolio company teams across regions. The position requires 5–7 years of corporate communications experience, strong writing and project management skills, and familiarity with private capital or financial services; it offers a base salary of USD 125,000–150,000 plus bonus and benefits.
