Provident is hiring a full-time hybrid Vice President, Construction Management to lead owner-side delivery of ground-up, utility-scale data center projects across the United States. The role manages construction from design development through commissioning and handover, oversees schedule, budget, quality, risk, and stakeholder performance, and coordinates MEP systems, contractors, consultants, procurement, and commissioning. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or significant experience, at least seven years of progressive construction or preconstruction experience including four years in data center or mission-critical facilities, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
