SHIFT is hiring a Vice President to lead and grow its consumer practice from its Boston office. The role manages a distributed team of public relations professionals, oversees a diverse book of business, leads new business development, develops integrated communications strategies, manages budgets, mentors staff, and contributes to agency initiatives. Candidates need at least 10 years of public relations experience, agency experience, strong client and personnel management skills, and the ability to work in the Boston office three days per week with some travel.
