AEFCU is hiring a Vice President of Consumer Lending in East Hartford, Connecticut, on a full-time hybrid basis. The role owns the strategy and growth of the credit union’s auto, personal, student, and Visa lending programs; sets pricing and product strategies; manages loan production and net loan growth; leverages technology and data; and leads a team while mentoring and training others. The position requires at least seven years of consumer lending experience and a bachelor’s degree, with priority given to candidates who can demonstrate the required qualifications regardless of experience duration.
