Energy Exemplar is seeking a Vice President, Customer Success – EMEA to drive net ARR growth and maximize customer retention and expansion. The role involves leading a high-performing Customer Success organization, collaborating with sales, marketing, solutions, and training teams, and focusing on accelerating upsells and cross-sells. The goal is to position Customer Success as a primary driver of revenue, achieving strong net revenue retention and sustained ARR growth across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
