The DATS Business Partner Lead is a cross-functional project manager and player-coach who translates business-group needs into data, workflow, and technology solutions. The role owns project lifecycles, assesses workflows and data dependencies, identifies root causes, designs AI-driven and reporting solutions, coordinates with engineering, data, and analytics teams, and mentors junior team members. It requires 10+ years of financial-services experience, knowledge of fund structures and private-market operations, strong analytical and project-leadership skills, and advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Platform skills. The position is hybrid and may carry junior team management responsibilities.
