The Vice President will lead the Risk and Compliance Analytics Reporting team in Pune, India, overseeing data centralization, metrics, dashboards, reporting, data governance, AI integration, testing, user acceptance, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with compliance, engineering, and data owners. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency with data-profiling and business intelligence tools, familiarity with data environments and logical data models, and experience with issue-management systems.
