Kroll is seeking a Vice President, Decision Intelligence to establish, scale, and lead its LATAM-based Decision Intelligence team while supporting US and global clients. The role combines client-facing advisory leadership, complex analytics, AI, machine learning, and transaction-related engagement delivery with team development, business growth, and practice innovation. Candidates need 8–12 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong commercial, stakeholder, and technical capabilities; the position is hybrid and requires travel as needed.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 8–12 years of experience in analytics, data science, transaction advisory, or related fields
Experience leading client-facing analytics and data-driven transformation engagements
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams in a global delivery environment
Experience leading large, client-facing analytics and AI engagements
Experience supporting corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, transaction advisory, due diligence, value creation, or performance improvement engagements
Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Experience supporting business development and practice growth
