Description
Techno is hiring a Vice President of Engineering Design to lead multidisciplinary engineering design programs across transportation, water, facilities, and public infrastructure projects. The role oversees design quality, budgets, schedules, deliverables, engineering teams, regulatory compliance, technical challenges, client relationships, business development, and staff mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of engineering design leadership experience, multidisciplinary team and complex project experience, proficiency with major design software, and a Professional Engineer license. Compensation is $200,000 to $225,000 per year, with retirement, health, dental, life, and vision insurance, paid time off, FSA and transit benefits, bonuses, professional growth, and potential profit sharing.
