Future Standard is hiring a Vice President, Engineering – HR Technology to lead technical strategy, architecture, and delivery for HR, people operations, and workforce-analytics data. The role is a hands-on engineering leadership position focused on building secure, scalable enterprise platforms and APIs using Python, Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and SQL/NoSQL databases, while partnering with HR, Talent, Data, and Technology stakeholders to govern sensitive employee data and support compliance, analytics, and firm-wide decision-making.
