Description
S&B USA is hiring a Vice President, Estimating to lead and develop its geographically dispersed estimating organization and drive bid-winning strategies for complex infrastructure projects, including traditional Bid-Build and Alternative Delivery projects such as Design-Build, CM/GC, and P3s. The role oversees accurate estimates and proposals, risk and cash-flow analysis, client and surety engagement, joint-venture coordination, standardized estimating processes, and seamless handoffs to operations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of preconstruction experience and 5 years in construction or operations, and expertise with heavy civil estimating platforms such as HCSS HeavyBid.
