Description
The Executive Engineering and Construction Manager leads engineering, technical operations, project development support, construction quality management, technical due diligence, value engineering, and project execution standards. The role provides strategic leadership across engineering, construction management, QA/QC, project monitoring, technical audit, and property technical services, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, compliant with regulations, and aligned with company quality standards. It requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, preferably a license, and at least 15 years of progressive engineering and construction experience, including at least 8 years in senior leadership within a real estate or construction organization.
