Temple University is hiring a Vice President for Public Safety to serve as the university’s chief public safety officer. Reporting to the senior vice president and chief operating officer, the role provides strategic vision, executive leadership, and operational oversight for public safety across five campuses in the Philadelphia region. The vice president will lead an integrated enterprise covering sworn police services, proprietary and contract security, emergency communications, security technology, emergency management, and preparedness, while partnering with Temple Health.
