Description

OLIPOP is hiring a Vice President of FP&A to lead enterprise financial planning, forecasting, performance management, financial modeling, strategic analysis, executive and board reporting, and the scalable FP&A operating model for a high-growth consumer packaged goods company. The role reports to the CFO, partners with senior business leaders, supports capital markets activities, and leads the development of a high-performing FP&A team. The position offers a $220,000-$260,000 base salary plus bonus and is remote-first with estimated travel of 10-15%.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant leadership experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or related functions
Experience owning enterprise planning, forecasting, financial modeling, budget management, and executive-level business performance reporting
Experience preparing executive, board, investor, or lender-facing financial materials with clear narratives and actionable recommendations
Experience building scalable FP&A processes, tools, systems, reporting routines, and financial governance in a growing organization
Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams during periods of change and scale
Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading FP&A in a high-growth CPG, food and beverage, consumer products, retail, marketplace, or similarly complex operating environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred
