Vital Farms is hiring an internal Vice President of Finance and Head of FP&A to lead enterprise financial planning, forecasting, performance management, decision support, financial stewardship, and FP&A team development. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the role requires 12+ years of progressive finance experience, significant FP&A leadership, public-company reporting, and experience in a demand- and margin-driven environment.
