Description
The Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer will lead the design and implementation of full-stack solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure code quality and security, mentor junior developers, optimize applications, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to AI initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or a related engineering field, 8–15 years of experience in the offered role or a related IT occupation, enterprise full-stack development experience, proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, database and analytical-tool experience, AI-tool exposure, DevOps and production-deployment exposure, and experience leading a small team and managing stakeholder communication.
