Description

BlackRock's Product Governance and Reporting (PGR) team is seeking a Vice President within Fund Financial Reporting. This role involves overseeing financial reporting across various fund ranges, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure reporting quality, addressing accounting and regulatory matters, and strengthening the reporting operating model. Responsibilities include performing analytical reviews, serving as a key contact for audits and regulators, presenting financial results, overseeing provider relationships, leading initiative improvements, building stakeholder partnerships, and taking ownership of critical reporting processes.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 6 to 10 years of experience within investment management, fund financial reporting, financial services audit, fund administration, or a related asset management environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements affecting the asset management industry.
Experience supporting registered investment companies and familiarity with reporting requirements under the Investment Company Act of 1940 preferred.
