The role involves acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of business banking customers; taking credit actions; developing and retaining relationships; monitoring suspicious activity; collaborating with stakeholders; pursuing cross-selling and new business opportunities; and mentoring junior team members. Candidates need commercial banking and commercial credit or lending experience, strong relationship-management and communication skills, fluency in English and Cantonese, relevant investment and insurance licenses, and compliance with continuing professional development requirements.
