Description
CACI is hiring a full-time Vice President, Manufacturing Excellence to own the enterprise-wide design, deployment, and sustainment of its Manufacturing Excellence framework across aerospace and defense manufacturing sites. The role leads Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, event-based improvement, manufacturing technology and smart-factory capabilities, AI and machine learning applications, advanced manufacturing engineering, automation, robotics, and digital manufacturing systems. It also serves as an escalation point for urgent production, quality, capacity, and program-risk issues and requires extensive manufacturing leadership experience, including at least five years in aerospace and defense. The position offers up to 25% local travel and a proposed salary range of $199,200 to $468,100.
