Description

Pratum Companies is hiring a Vice President - Residential Multi-Family Affordable Housing Property Management to provide strategic oversight of a regional or client-group portfolio of multi-family properties. The role leads regional property managers, general managers, community managers, and other direct reports; oversees budgets, financial reporting, leases, compliance, inspections, resident relations, contracts, and portfolio growth; and requires travel to properties. It is based in the Washington, DC Metro Region or Raleigh, NC Metro Region, with relocation assistance available, and offers an anticipated annualized base salary of $130,000-$150,000 plus potential bonuses and benefits.

Additional Information

College degree with job, industry, or business-related coursework
