Toptal is hiring a Vice President of AI Services to lead its AI Services practice, own its vision, strategy, and P&L, and develop repeatable AI-enabled ITSM offerings for managed-service clients. The role combines client advisory, ServiceNow AI solution delivery, ITIL process excellence, vendor partnerships, and team leadership. It is a full-time remote position for applicants authorized to work in the United States, requiring a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of IT services experience, and at least 5 years in senior leadership within an MSP, systems integrator, or IT consulting firm.
