Description
The VP of Ancillary Services reports to the Chief Executive Officer and provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership for the group’s high-volume ancillary departments and outpatient facilities. The role bridges executive leadership and physician-owners, oversees ancillary operations and ASC management, applies financial acumen and physician-led governance, builds trust with administrative staff and physicians, and applies AAAHC accreditation and healthcare regulatory standards. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, a master’s degree in healthcare administration or business, and 5–10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
