Description
The Vice President of Commercial Finance reports to the Chief Investment Officer and provides financial consulting and strategic support to senior management. The role evaluates commercial opportunities, supports investment and co-investment decisions, leads negotiations and business cases, develops executive dashboards and reports, leads cross-functional special projects, and mentors the commercial team. It requires a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, 10+ years of corporate finance or accounting experience, strong computer and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
