Description
Kuda is building a talent pipeline for a Vice President of Engineering to lead a distributed engineering organization of more than 100 software and quality engineers across four countries. The role owns organizational scaling, delivery and operational excellence, cloud-native technical strategy, system scalability, and security and financial compliance for high-throughput fintech systems. It requires at least 10 years of engineering experience, prior leadership of large engineering organizations, deep cloud and distributed-systems expertise, and knowledge of financial-sector regulations and standards.
