Description
LineVision is hiring a VP of Engineering to lead engineering delivery across its software and hardware organizations, including Nexus Core, a multi-tenant SaaS platform, and field-deployed sensors. The role oversees Platform, Applications, Embedded Software, Data Science, and Hardware Engineering; manages release cadences, delivery commitments, hardware design trade-offs, and stakeholder alignment with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. It reports to the CTO, leads more than 35 full-time leaders, engineers, and contractors, and requires 12+ years of engineering experience, including production software delivery, enterprise software, and industrial hardware design. The position is hybrid in Boston, Massachusetts, with 2–4 days per week in the office, and offers $230,000–$250,000 plus a 25% bonus and equity.
