Miovision is hiring a Vice President of Hardware Engineering to lead its 40-person multi-disciplinary hardware organization through a growth inflection. The role owns hardware strategy, multi-year roadmaps, delivery, quality, budget, talent, and operating cadence while partnering with architecture, product, software, and manufacturing teams. It requires extensive experience leading hardware product development, multi-disciplinary engineering teams, complex connected hardware through NPI, and high-volume production, along with strong executive communication and AI-enabled workflow skills.
