Description
The Senior Lending Officer serves on the EFCU senior management team and leads lending across Everence Financial, including loan portfolio management, consumer, mortgage, and business loan underwriting, collections, and loan servicing. The role develops lending strategies and policies, supervises and trains lending staff, coordinates lending activities across departments and branches, leads the Church Loan Committee, and drives new lending initiatives. It requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, at least seven years of progressive lending experience in a credit union or similar financial institution, and strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
