Description
The Vice President of Operations will lead manufacturing operations across VMC Group’s multiple facilities, overseeing production, plant performance, supply chain coordination, S&OP, ERP-driven planning, Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, quality, safety, compliance, and operational P&L performance. The role requires extensive multi-site manufacturing leadership, engineered-to-order experience, ERP expertise, and senior-level operational experience, with a stated salary of 180,000 to 210,000 yearly.
