Description

LightForce Orthodontics is hiring a senior manufacturing and operations executive to scale its fully digital, 3D-printed medical-device manufacturing operation. The role owns manufacturing strategy, production performance, technical operations, automation, new product introduction and design transfer, Lean systems, organizational development, quality compliance, and operating and capital budgets. The leader reports to the President and is expected to scale production through major growth while maintaining FDA and ISO 13485 compliance.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree required; technical degree preferred.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 12 years of progressive manufacturing and operations leadership experience
Significant experience in an FDA-regulated medical-device environment
Experience scaling a manufacturing organization through a major increase in volume and complexity
Preferred Qualifications: Deep knowledge of FDA Quality System requirements, ISO 13485, process validation, design transfer, and manufacturing controls
Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing, automation, and process engineering
Ability to build disciplined, high-performing teams and operate effectively cross-functionally
